Terms & Conditions

Offer Eligibility

  • This voucher entitles the customer to either one (1) regular or small milkshake OR one (1) regular or small fries with the purchase of at least one burger or sandwich.
  • A burger or sandwich is defined as any regular or small burger, hot dog, or chicken sandwich from the MOO menu.
  • Only one voucher may be redeemed per qualifying burger or sandwich purchase.

    Offer Availability
  • Offer valid for takeaway orders only at participating MOO locations.
  • Not valid for orders placed through Talabat or any third-party delivery platforms.
  • Offer available seven days a week during the promotional period.

    Offer Period
  • Valid from 20 August 2025 to 30 September 2025.
  • MOO reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the offer or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

    Redemption Conditions
  • Voucher becomes valid only after a qualifying purchase.
  • Digital voucher must be shown to staff at the time of purchase.
  • Each voucher can only be redeemed once.

    Exclusions & Limitations
  • Voucher must be redeemed by 30 September 2025.
  • Voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be resold.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  • Excludes add-ons, kids meals, and limited-time items.
  • MOO reserves the right to refuse redemption if fraudulent activity is suspected or if Terms & Conditions are not followed.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
